Store Policies


Processing time on new releases is 7-14 business days not including holidays and weekends and 2-5 days outside of the new release window.


Orders are processed in the order that they are received.  You will receive your tracking on the email that was registered.


Receiving a tracking number doesn't mean that the package is en route. It means that the label was printed and we will begin processing your order.


 Refunds/Combined Shipping:


We can ship to virtually any address in the world, US and International!  Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please read such exclusions on individual listings. 


PLEASE NOTE DURING THE CURRENT GLOBAL COVID-19 CRISIS, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE TAKING LONGER WITH DELIVERY TIMES TYPICALLY RUNNING 30-60 DAYS AFTER LEAVING OUR FACILITY.  IF YOU CANNOT WAIT THIS ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER.


Packages will not be refunded or reshipped once the tracking information indicates the package was delivered (marked delivered, accepted, etc.).


Make sure to try all the polishes once you receive them, especially thermals. We will not refund or replace a polish months after you received the package.


Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We can no longer keep track of multiple orders however, they may be combined for your convenience if you send us an email with the order numbers before they are shipped. Combined shipping does not mean you will be issued a refund on shipping costs. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase before checking out.


If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer's expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.


Incorrect Order/Item: 


Please take a photo and contact us. We’ll get that out to you right away or refund if the item is no longer available. But please keep the item sent out as a kind gesture for your patience.


Damaged or Defective Item:


We will gladly accept returns for damaged or defective items.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you need to return an item, please contact us at deevateam@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Then we’ll give instructions for how to return items from your order.  Please have photos ready of defective item. 


Thermals/Solars:


Do not store thermals/solars in a bathroom, windows or in direct sunlight. We do NOT  recommend storing them in the refrigerator either. High or low temperatures can damage the pigment properties. Solar transitions can be affected by the UV index in your area. Swatch photos are generally achieved using a UV flashlight. Your transition may vary.



Missing Packages:


In the event that the USPS states that your package has been delivered to you but you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office within 24 hours of said delivery. Please understand that we cannot refund you for a package that shows it was delivered to you according to tracking. It is your responsibility to follow up to locate your package. If necessary, you will need to file a lost package claim with USPS. Call: 1-800-275-8777


International Buyers:


International packages will not be replaced or refunded if they are lost, stolen, or destroyed after leaving US soil. The Don Deeva is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs that may occur with international orders.
