• If your items have been shipped we are unable to process a refund of any kind.

- A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided with your order once your order's shipping label has been printed. Please Note: You may receive your tracking number several days before your items have physically shipped. Please check dates.
• If you are having an issue with a package that was sent but is not showing that it has been delivered, or a package that is showing delivered, but did not arrive at your address, please contact your local post office and open a case for your missing package. They should assist you with locating your package as best they can.
- The Don Deeva reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion. Orders cancelled or refunded will incur a restocking fee for labor and to cover PayPal fees.
- We do not refund for multiple shipping costs if multiple orders are placed
- Order combining is occasionally something we can do but it does not mean that you will receive credit back for any portion of the shipping costs.
- For USPS packages tracking updates are not always current, and sometimes do not get updated at every step of the way, and sometimes only when it is out for delivery at the destination city. Please allow a few days for tracking to work properly.
- Please remember that during holidays and certain times of the year for weather conditions mail may be delayed and may take longer to reach their destination.
