    •    All Sales are Final. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason. If you encounter an issue we encourage you to email us at deevateam@gmail.com.  Please allow 24-48 hours during business days for a response. Please understand that we will do our best to help. If we have made a mistake with your order please contact us, we will happily work with you to make it right to the best of our ability 

    •    We currently ship Worldwide.

    •    Important: Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date in PayPal before you place your order.

    •    If your items have been shipped we are unable to process a refund of any kind. 

    •    Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed, this does not include the day order is placed nor shipping time. 

If there is a reason that you need it sooner, please email us to check to see if it is possible before placing the order.


    •    If you are having an issue with a package that was sent but is not showing that it has been delivered, or a package that is showing delivered, but did not arrive at your address, please contact your local post office and open a case for your missing package. They should assist you with locating your package as best they can.
