  • All Sales are Final. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason. If you encounter an issue we encourage you to contact us with the understanding that we will do our best to help. If we have made a mistake with your order please contact us, we will happily work with you to make it right.
  • We currently ship Worldwide.
  • Important: I ship to the shipping address listed in PayPal only. Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date in PayPal before you pay.
  • If your items have been shipped we are unable to process a refund of any kind. 
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided with your order once your order's shipping label has been printed. Please Note: You may receive your tracking number several days before your items have physically shipped.
  • If you are having an issue with a package that was sent but is not showing that it has been delivered, or a package that is showing delivered, but did not arrive at your address, please contact your local post office and open a case for your missing package. They should assist you with locating your package as best they can.
  • The Don Deeva reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
